Homework for Session Three(10 Minutes)

For the kind of poverty you are interested in, make an ideal plan for helping for those needing income to get more income. Remember that income may be cash but it can also be access to services, resources, networks, etc. The goal is to gain access to sufficient resources to live well. Clarify the educational aspect of your plan according to the discussion in Session Two. Consider what else is needed in addition to education, who should be involved, what resources are needed, what kind of organization or network is needed, etc. Don't worry about filling in all the details. Focus on naming the players, the strategies and tactics, the resources, and the organization or network needed. Have a chat with your homework partner about your thoughts. Call Pat (301-588-5718), or your homework partner if you feel stuck with this assignment.
